**Pick up/drop off at Waltham Center is on Elm Street near City Hall.

*Pick up/drop off at Alewife Station is in the "Passenger Pick Up/Drop Off" area in the rear of the  station, on the south-facing side of the bike cage.  Follow signs to "The Grid Shuttle Stop #1" and look for a white shuttle labeled “The Grid”.

The trains pull into the station on the bottom level. Exit the train. Regardless of which side of the station the train is on, continue walking along the platform in the direction the train was traveling (do not go towards Russell Field). Go up the stairs/escalator. Pass through the exit gates on that level. Bear right, pass through the doors, and head up one more level to the "Passenger Pick Up/Drop Off" area, following the station's signs. Once on ground level, take a left past the benches and find Shuttle Stop #1 located between the bike cage and the entrance to the parking garage.

This is a map of Alewife Station showing where the pickup area is located.
